Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes, to learn about the Stop the Rush program, to access our resources, and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the ObserIQ name, and the Stop the Rush program materials, belongs to ObserIQ or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. You may share links to our pages and use our free resources for personal and community safety purposes. You may not copy, resell, or present our materials as your own without our permission.

Educational content is not professional advice

Our workshops, guides, and resources, including the Victim Recovery Guide, are provided for general educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. If you believe you have been targeted by fraud, act right away: contact your bank, report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501, and call your local police. In an emergency, call 911.

Third-party tools and links

Our site links to and may embed third-party tools and websites, such as breach checkers and fraud-reporting services. We share these because we believe they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ObserIQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the third-party tools it links to.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
